What Situs Is
Not a diagnosis.
The first genuine experience of the skills operating.
The simulation estate — TIGER, LION, MERIDIAN, FIDUCIARY — reveals how participants operate under pressure. It makes dysfunction visible. It produces recognition. What it does not do, by design, is show participants what the skills look like when they are operating. A person who has attended MERIDIAN knows what strategic hoarding costs a room. Situs gives them a full day of what happens when the skills are required.
The Opus Synergiae arc develops those skills across twenty structured commissions over an extended period. Situs is not the arc. It is the day that makes a participant ready and motivated to enter it — because they have experienced, directly and under genuine pressure, both the cost of the dysfunctions and the difference the skills make.
They leave with something more durable than a framework: a day of evidence about how they actually operate. That evidence belongs to them. It cannot be unfelt.
Every participant completes the Synergy Score before the day — the only diagnostic element. It is not the day's subject. It is the facilitator's context, held privately, shaping the pathway conversation at the close. Its value is longitudinal: the before-picture against which all subsequent development in Opus Synergiae, Explorator, or Cursus Synergiae is measured.

The bridge
between the diagnostic estate and the development arc.
TIGER, LION, MERIDIAN, and FIDUCIARY surface dysfunction under pressure. Situs follows as the first experience of what the skills produce when operating. It is not an entry point and not the arc itself — it is the day a participant stops being observed and starts being challenged, not to reveal their patterns, but to encounter what happens when those patterns meet genuine complexity and genuine consequence.
Upstream — TIGER, LION, and other simulation events that surface dysfunction under pressure
Entry points that route here — MERIDIAN and FIDUCIARY, for participants ready for their first development experience
Onward for individuals — Opus Synergiae (twenty commissions, open cohort) or Explorator (self-led)
Onward for organisations — Cursus Synergiae, or Opus Synergiae depending on timeline
Parallel or sequential — La Soglia and Perspettiva, depending on participant context
