25–50 min
Decision Sequence
Work through decisions in priority order. Every decision is logged: what was decided, who decided it, what the alternative was, which Phase I choice shapes this most.
50–65 min
Stakeholder Dispatch
Who must be informed? The patrons? Passenger families? The Florentine authorities? The Church? In what order, and what is said? Use the stakeholder panel.
65–80 min
Resolution Position
What is your response to the threat? Prepare your position, your rationale, and your limit — the point beyond which you will not go and why.
